KDH Research & Communication (KDHRC), a research organization in Atlanta, Georgia, is evaluating Puentes (Bridges), a training program for promotores to conduct outreach with Latino parents of children with special health care needs.
To participate in the study, promotores will:
• Complete one online survey
• Complete three Puentes modules per week (up to three hours per week) or review
PDF materials
• Complete a second online survey
KDHRC will keep your information confidential and private. Your answers to the surveys will be the data for this study. You will receive $35 incentive for completing the first survey and $40 incentive for completing the second survey. If you complete the Puentes course, you will receive an added $50 incentive. If you are in the treatment group (Puentes review), you may receive up to $125. If you are in the control (PDF review), you may receive up to $75 and you will also receive free access to the Puentes course.

Para participar en el estudio, los promotores deberán:

• Completar tres módulos del curso Puentes semanalmente (hasta tres horas por
semana) o repasar materiales en formato PDF.
• Completar una segunda encuesta en línea.
KDHRC mantendrá su información de manera confidencial y privada. Sus respuestas a
las encuestas conformarán los datos de este estudio. Usted recibirá $35 de incentivo por
