The Alliance of Colorado Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators and Promotores de Salud, in partnership with Patient Navigation Training Collaborative, presents the first in a series of webinars on barrier reduction. The May 28 session will be on transportation, defining the issue and exploring opportunities to help with transportation assistance. Learn strategies to help your patients get the transportation they need to medical care. The Colorado Health Institute, American Cancer Society, Touching Hearts of eastern Colorado, and more will share details about their work and potential resources for Colorado communities.
