Join a discussion to talk about strategies and approaches within Colorado and nationally to reimburse for patient navigation and community health work. We will explore specific sustainability approaches, strategies to fund patient navigation and community health work beyond grant and foundation dollars. During the discussion, we will talk about specific state and national efforts underway to grow and strengthen the patient navigation and community health work force.
