We’re conducting a survey to help inform training for CHWs and patient navigators who support clients experiencing intimate partner violence (IPV), commonly called domestic violence.
Please share your feedback with us to help develop IPV-related training. The survey will take about 2 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.
