The Navigator I plays a critical role within Eon’s Care Management program. This position engages patients and providers at pivotal moments when timely follow-up matters most. The Navigator I support patient follow-up by communicating with patients and provider offices, coordinating appointment logistics, and tracking adherence to care pathways. While this is a non-clinical, administrative role, it sits at the heart of our mission: helping patients move through a complex and often frustrating healthcare system so they don’t fall through the cracks. Compensation is $24/hour or $50,000 annually.
The Navigator II plays a vital role in supporting healthcare organizations by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of radiology reports through the Eon platform. This role requires high-volume report analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to client-approved clinical protocols. The Navigator’s primary responsibility is to verify AI-generated findings, confirm data accuracy, and enter follow-up recommendations into the Eon platform using established, client-approved clinical guideline decision aids. Compensation is $31.25/hr. or $65,000 annually.
