The Colorado Colorectal Screening Screening Program at the University of Colorado Cancer Center will be heading to Pueblo for a CCSP Regional Forum with our clinic partners, patient navigators and community partners this spring. The intent is to ensure we are linking the Central and Eastern Southern Colorado communities with the resources CCSP offers our partners statewide.
We are still deciding exactly the date and location in Pueblo (most central spot) but hoping for early May to host this event. Please let us know which dates and times might work best for you and your team. If possible, please circulate this informational flyer within your networks. We will announce a specific date and time once we know what works for most! We will be providing travel scholarships for participating clinic partners.
