Community Navigators are needed to join the Mountain West Hub project in West Denver. This study helps communities stay healthy in the face of air quality challenges by testing the effectiveness of Do-It-Yourself air cleaners.
The position will be hired as a consultant through Trailhead Institute.

Role Details
Compensation: Between $1,000-$2,000/month
Time Commitment: Between 10-20 hrs/week
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and enrolling participants
- Driving to participants’ homes for visits
- Collecting data: questionnaires, health measurements, and air monitoring
- Educating households on air quality and filter use
- Communicating via phone, email, text, and in-person visits
- Shipping study materials
- Administrative tasks, including onboarding and regular meetings with study team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Comfortable traveling independently
- Access to a dependable, insured vehicle
- Willing to work some evenings/weekends
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with community programs or health services is a plus
- Lived experience in the community is highly valued
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office
- Internet and phone access for project communication
