Bilingual Patient Navigator
Under general supervision, the Patient Navigator provides health navigation, including basic care coordination, identifies and reduces barriers to care, provides referrals to necessary internal and community-based resources, and facilitates enrollment in research studies, such as clinical trials at the Cancer Center and affiliated hospitals.
Examples of Work Performed:
The Patient Navigator is expected to provide health navigation, including coordinating care and enrolling participants in research studies by working closely with various clinical care sites at the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital and Children’s Hospital Colorado, as well as other university affiliated hospitals, including Denver Health and Hospital Authority, National Jewish Health, and the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
