Calling all health navigators/Community Health Workers, Care Coordinators or similar! The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) seeks your help to evaluate the state’s health navigation workforce development efforts. CDPHE’s health navigation workforce development survey is live with a deadline of June 3, 2022. The 15 – 20 minutes you spend to complete the survey are critical as you will be helping CDPHE adjust and better target its approach to formalize the health navigation workforce. All individuals who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of seven $25 gift cards (many merchants available)! If you receive the survey through multiple communication channels, please prioritize the one you receive directly from CDPHE by email and take the survey only once. If you are a nurse or social worker, please do not take the survey.
