Patient Navigators (PN) represent a cost effective workforce capable of reducing disparities by addressing barriers to healthcare. Robust training programs, such as the Patient Navigator Training Collaborative (PNTC) are crucial to supporting and enhancing the Patient Navigator workforce. This webinar will feature Chris Jones, MPH, and the results of his capstone project, which assessed the perceived confidence and utilization of the Patient Navigator Training Collaborative core competencies in patient navigator job roles via a survey of program participants.
