The Colorado Cancer Screening Program (CCSP) is partnering with the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers (CHWs), Patient Navigators (PNs), and Promotores de Salud, with support from the Patient Navigator Training Collaborative, to host a monthly Resource Fair Meetup. These Resource Fair Meetups will connect PNs, CHWs, and our broader community with local resources from community organizations in response to the direct needs of patients and the community, who are in even more need since the onset of the pandemic.

Each Resource Fair Meetup will about 45 minutes and feature 2-3 community organizations. Each organization will briefly present about their services and the resources they provide the community. After the short presentations, participants will have time in breakout rooms to ask the organizations questions about the services and resources offered to help patients. The breakouts will also be a time for PNs, CHWs and PdS to share additional information about trusted services and resources.
