The Colorado Cancer Screening Program (CCSP) is partnering with the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers (CHWs), Patient Navigators (PNs), and Promotores de Salud to host a monthly Resource Fair to connect PNs, CHWs, and others working in healthcare and the community with local resources from community organizations to meet the needs of the clients they serve.
The fourth session of the Resource Fair series will feature organizations that provide services for mental health across Colorado.

Office of Suicide Prevention
Structure: 45 mins total
Each organization will have 7-10 minutes to present about the efforts and resources. After the short presentations, participants will be able to self-select a breakout room to further engage with an organization of their choice and then will be able to rotate to another organization in a second breakout room (~10 mins each session).
