The Alliance of Colorado Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators and Promotores de Salud, in partnership with Patient Navigation Training Collaborative, is further delving into transportation assistance as part of its barrier reduction series.

In this session, we will feature Transportation Policy Specialists from Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to provide an overview of the Health First Colorado Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) benefit, including:

  • Contract and vendor updates
  • The future of NEMT in Colorado

There will be time for questions and facilitated discussion.  Please note, based on the popularity of the series, the online web portal will allow several hundred people but you must registered to attend. This webinar series is offered free of cost due to funding from the Colorado Health Foundation.
