After Cancer Support in the Community: Connection & Resources for Post-Treatment Changes in Care

This series aims to provide community agencies and non-profits (outside of the medical setting) with the skills and background knowledge to describe the cancer burden and use relevant strategies and resources to support cancer survivors in their communities.

This series is offered by the University of Colorado Cancer Center (UCCC), in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center (RMPHTC). This effort is funded by the Cancer, Cardiovascular and Chronic Pulmonary Disease Grants Programs at CDPHE.

Commitment:
Four weekly ECHO sessions held virtually
Wednesdays, 8-9 am (MT)
Feb. 7- 28, 2018

Audience: Participants should be individuals from community agencies and non-profit organizations to specifically learn to accommodate, promote, and connect with cancer survivors to engage in their programs.
