Before you attend Community Health Worker Fundamentals, please complete the following self-paced courses:
- Intro to the Community Health Worker Role (30 minutes)
- CHW Scope of Practice (15 minutes)
- Ethical Guidelines for Community Health Workers (20 minutes)
- Duty of Self-Awareness (15 minutes)
- Cross Cultural Medication (30 minutes)
- CLAS Standards and Social Determinants of Health (30 minutes)
- Inreach and Outreach (45 minutes)
Please complete the Community Education and Facilitation Module (1.5 hours) by the end of CHW Fundamentals.
