A Community Health Worker is a liaison to the communities they serve and an advocate for health equity. This course will cover outreach and inreach strategies such as planning, messaging and evaluation.

- Understand the strategies and tactics a CHW uses when developing a successful outreach plan
- Define and write SMART objectives
- Recognize how to evaluate and improve upon outreach efforts
