In this course, you will learn about Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS Standards) and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH).
You will learn why delivering culturally and linguistically responsive services and addressing the non-medical factors that influence health outcomes are essential to achieving equitable health care.
Audience: Patient Navigators, Community Health Workers, and all levels of health care workers.

- Describe how social determinants of health impact the health status of an individual and communities.
