The Colorado Community Health Worker (CHW), Patient Navigator (PN) and Promotore de Salud (PdS) Alliance is hosting a meeting on Friday July 8, 2016, from 1-4 p.m, in Denver.
Meeting Goal: Convene the CHW, PN and PdS Community to shape vision and direction of the Alliance.
This meeting will be held in metro Denver with web connection for those who need to attend remotely. We hope to ensure this July 8 discussion is statewide, to include all Colorado regions.
