How do you know if you are making a difference in the lives of your patients and clients? Is your organization truly reaching its goals?  One way to determine the success of your organization or program is to use evaluation. But where do you begin?

This Level 3 course, Using Evaluation for Program Improvement For Patient Navigation, will teach you the basics of using evaluation to improve health promotion. In this class, you will learn common terms used, develop questions for your organization to use in evaluation, identify steps you can to prepare for evaluation, and learn about logic models.  Using these steps you will be able to truly evaluate your program its effectiveness. This course is designed for Patient Navigators, Patient Navigator Supervisors, Managers, and Directors.
